Many of our books combine gardening, history and cookery and we write a monthly column for ZesterDaily. We believe in using natural and seasonal ingredients so our kitchens as well as our gardens can benefit from the joys of the changing seasons. We are both slightly slapdash cooks, but a few disastrous mistakes have taught us the importance of clear instructions. Our recipes are easy to follow and produce delicious results.
